    I found a light hair in my bread. I talkednto one of the staff member and she apologised with me. She called the manager and she refused to talk with me. I called her and without looked at me she responded "I believe you. No empathy, no apologizes, nothing. What type of manager act like this? Where's the customer service? She said (ignoring me) give her a voucher. What an attitude!
