I am so grateful for the knowledge and professionalism of the staff here. I am currently being treated for breast cancer and had spoken to my oncologist about the safety of seeing my dentist and was told from an oncology standpoint I was OK(had already finished chemotherapy). I was three weeks out from surgery and had expanders placed during surgery but didn't think to ask my plastic surgeon if I needed dental prophylaxis treatment and was just going off of what my oncologist had said. My dental hygienist went above and beyond to check with my plastic surgeons office and indeed I do need antibiotics before seeing the dentist. Dr. Foltz still came in and spoke with me and looked at the general health of my teeth and gave me a prescription to get filled to take an hour before my rescheduled appt. I was treated with such kindness and good quality care! Thank you Brighter Smiles!!
